1. Start with support

2. Escalate to the grievance officer

If support has not resolved it, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, escalate to our grievance officer, appointed under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

3. What to include

• Your name and the email or phone number used on the order.
• The order reference.
• A clear description of the issue and what you would like done about it.
• Photographs, where the complaint concerns a damaged, faulty or wrong item.
• Any earlier ticket or email reference from support.

You retain every right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may take the matter to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or through the INGRAM portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file with the appropriate District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
