Sizing, delivery, payment and returns — the things people ask most, answered plainly. Anything missing, just write to us.

Sizing & Fit

Every listing shows its available sizes directly on the product page, read straight from that product's own details. Where the listing includes measurements, a size guide appears next to the size selector with chest and length in inches. Between two sizes, take the larger — our cottons are pre-shrunk but a relaxed fit ages better than a tight one.

Boys' pieces are listed by age band — for example 0–3 Months, 6–12 Months, 1–2 Years, 3–4 Years and upward. Age bands are a guide, not a rule: check the chest and length measurements in the size guide against something that already fits well.

Yes. Write to us with the product name and the size you are considering and we will measure the actual piece before it ships.

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return, as long as the piece is unworn with its tags on. See the Refund Policy for the full process.

Orders & Payment

No. Guest checkout works completely normally. An account simply keeps your orders, addresses and wishlist in one place and makes the next checkout faster.

UPI through any app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM — or cash on delivery. There is no extra charge for paying on delivery.

Yes. Every price shown includes GST, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Nothing is added at the last step.

Yes. A GST invoice is included with the parcel and the tax component is shown separately at checkout and on your confirmation.

If it has not shipped, yes — contact us with the order reference as soon as you can and we will amend or cancel it. Once it is with the courier it has to be handled as a return.

Delivery

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum spend.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 5–9 business days, depending on your pincode.

We ship across India. You can check serviceability and an estimated delivery window straight from any product page before ordering.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the courier collects it. You can also use the track-order page with just your order reference, or find every order under My Orders if you have an account.

Not at the moment. We deliver within India only.

Returns & Refunds

7 days from delivery. The piece needs to be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags attached.

Contact us with your order reference and tell us which piece and why. We arrange the pickup where the courier serves your pincode, or share a return address if not.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of the returned piece reaching us and passing a quick check. UPI refunds go back to the source; cash-on-delivery refunds go to a bank account you nominate.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Replacement or refund, entirely at your choice, and the return costs you nothing.

Products & Care

Two, and only two: Men's Clothing and Boys' Clothing. Everything on the site sits under one of them.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, no bleach, tumble dry low or line dry in shade, warm iron on the reverse. Turn printed pieces inside out to keep the print sharp.

Sometimes, but restocks are irregular. Save the piece to your wishlist and check back — or write to us and we will tell you honestly whether it is returning.
